“Grand Rising Exteriors deserves a 5++ rating!! One of their representatives, Hunner Whitlock, of Grand Rising stopped by our house in Winchester KY and spoke to me about our roof possibly needing to be replaced.  After he examined our roof in detail, he was confident that our roof did, in fact, need to be replaced and that it would be covered by our homeowner’s insurance.  Hunner explained that he could handle all the details from the initial call to our homeowner’s insurance company, to completion of the project.  And he did just that!  And it wasn’t easy. After the roofing company removed the old roof, they found that the decking underneath the old shingles would need to be replaced at a cost of approximately $9000 before the roofing company could lay the new shingles.    Grand Rising then researched the issue and found codes that require insurance to cover the decking.  However, it’s important to note that Grand Rising had assured me that if the insurance would not cover the decking cost, they would!  This was service above and beyond my expectations!!  What a caring and responsible organization.   Because of their discussions with our insurance company, the decking was approved and the roof was completed on schedule!  But there’s more! Two weeks after roof completion, we had a powerful storm take place which caused flooding in our attic which, in turn, led to a portion of our garage ceiling collapsing.  I contacted Grand Rising again and they sent the roofing company out to correct the problem.  It was not the roof, but the stone chimney that caused the ceiling collapse.  The chimney issue was corrected and Grand Rising, are still in the process of fixing our garage ceiling, all at their expense. If you have any exteriors in your home that need repair or replacement, I strongly recommend you contact Grand Rising Exteriors.  You won’t be disappointed!”
