Signing with a contractor is a big decision — and at Grand Rising Exteriors, we believe the real service begins after the ink dries. Whether it’s roofing, siding, or gutters, we want you to feel confident and informed every step of the way. Here’s what happens behind the scenes once you decide to move forward with our team.

1. We Get to Work on Your File Immediately
Once your agreement is signed, your project isn’t just “on the list” — it’s in motion. We create a detailed internal file that includes all photos, documentation, measurements, and communication related to your project. This ensures every team member, from field to office, is aligned and prepared.

2. Insurance Coordination Begins (If Applicable)
If your project involves an insurance claim, our team steps in to handle the heavy lifting. We communicate directly with your insurance adjuster, review the scope of loss, and identify any missing or underpaid line items. Our goal is to ensure you’re receiving the full benefits you’re entitled to under your policy — nothing less.
3. Supplement & Scope Review

Our experts carefully review the insurance estimate and prepare a supplement request when necessary. This step helps capture building code upgrades, additional labor, materials, and any critical line items that may have been overlooked. We advocate for what’s required to properly restore your home. Once approved, we move forward with planning — including helping you select materials like GAF HDZ or Atlas Pinnacle® Pristine shingles, both known for their performance, wind resistance, and long-lasting curb appeal. We only build what is paid for — and we fight for what should be.
4. Product Selection & Planning
Next, we’ll help you finalize your product selections — from shingle color and siding style to gutter configuration and add-ons. We’ll walk you through all available options, warranties, and performance features to ensure your home gets the perfect fit. Once selections are made, we order your materials and begin staging your project for production.
5. Scheduling Your Project
We coordinate closely with you and the weather to schedule your install date. Our production team will confirm all the details and make sure you know what to expect before work begins. Throughout the process, you’ll also receive periodic email updates, including preparation tips and upcoming steps to help keep you informed and prepared as your project moves forward.

6. Installation & Quality Control
Our professional crews perform your installation to the highest industry standards. Once the work is complete, we walk the property with you to ensure everything meets your expectations and you’re completely satisfied with the results. A final quality control inspection is also conducted by our team to ensure all work meets manufacturer requirements and our internal standards.
7. Final Documentation & Warranty

After the job is complete, we compile your closing documents, including before/after photos, your final invoice, and all applicable warranties. Any required documents are also submitted to your insurance carrier to help finalize and close your claim. We mail physical copies of your warranty paperwork to your home so you have everything you need for your records and peace of mind.
8. Ongoing Support
Even after your project is finished, our relationship doesn’t end. Whether you need documentation for a future buyer, questions about warranty coverage, or help with another project, we’re just a call away. At Grand Rising Exteriors, we believe in doing things right — and being here when you need us.

💜 Why It Matters 💜
The process after you sign with a contractor is often where homeowners feel most left in the dark — but not with us. We believe in transparency, communication, and treating every home like it’s our own. Behind the scenes, we’re working hard to deliver more than a beautiful result — we’re delivering peace of mind.
